This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
🚚 1. Order Processing
All orders placed on Leelii.com are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message with tracking details.
📦 2. Estimated Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

💰 3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on most products.
For certain low-value or heavy products, a small delivery charge may apply.
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
🌍 4. Delivery Areas
Leelii.com currently delivers to most cities and towns across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
🔍 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email or WhatsApp number.
You can also check your order status anytime from our Track Order page.
If you face any issue while tracking, contact us at support@leelii.com — we’ll assist you quickly.
🛑 6. Delays or Non-Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Sometimes courier partners experience operational delays.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we’ll either re-ship the product or issue a full refund.
🔁 7. Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 2 days of delivery with photo proof.
We’ll arrange a replacement or process your refund as per our Cancellation & Return Policy.
🕒 8. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
