Please read our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
🔹 1. Order Cancellation
🕒 Before Dispatch:
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, please email us at support@leelii.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
- If your order is successfully canceled, we’ll issue a full refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
🚚 After Dispatch:
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You can, however, request a return or replacement after delivery (see Section 2).
🔹 2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Steps to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@leelii.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product photos.
- Our team will verify and confirm your return within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or ask you to self-ship (depending on your area).
🔹 3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, refund will be issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent to your bank account or UPI ID provided during return confirmation.
🔹 4. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings or personal jewelry worn on skin
- Innerwear, cosmetics, or opened beauty products
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on product page
🔹 5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- First check your bank or UPI account.
- Then contact your bank or card provider (it may take some time for funds to reflect).
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@leelii.com — we’ll help you immediately.
🔹 6. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only if:
- The wrong size or variant was sent, or
- You received a defective item.
If the exact product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.
🔹 7. Damaged Product on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take unboxing photos or videos immediately.
- Email them to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@leelii.com.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
🔹 8. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to Leelii’s mistake (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
If it’s due to customer choice (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
